Cookie on filebrowser on IE7

Recently the cookies (login username) are not getting passed to the filebrowser window.

I have set

FCKConfig.PreserveSessionOnFileBrowser = true;

but this does not fix the problem.

Does anyone have any idea to fix (or causing) this problem?
