Sadly, there are still some folks who are clients of the company I work for, using our online app (that we use CKEditor in) who are still running single-button Mac mice.
At least one of our users is having issues in this regard, using the editor - trying to bring up menus within the editor that normally show with a right-click - image properties, table properties, that sort of thing.
I've been poking about the last little while in various instances/installs of the editor:
1) The install in my app
2) The "fullpage" sample page (on same server as #1)
3) The demo on CKEditor.com
Doing control-click as a substitute for right-click seems to work fine on #3 - but on my server, both #1/#2, it's not.
I suspect it's a config issue, a difference between the demo's config and mine - but I'm stumped as to what that could be.

Re: Control-click (as sub for right-click) weirdness
Re: Control-click (as sub for right-click) weirdness
There was a bug in previous versions about this issue
Re: Control-click (as sub for right-click) weirdness
I've got a bunch of hacks that I've made to the old install, that I'm going to start migrating over to the new one - I'm hoping none of those are the culprit. I rather doubt it, my hacks are pretty minor in the grand scheme of things.

With 3.2 the problem was http://dev.fckeditor.net/ticket/5330
