Context menu problem with flex 4.5

I have an application developed with Flex 4.5 sdk. When user selects the text in ckeditor and right-clicks, the only option he has is Paste. On the toolbar, Cut and Copy options are also disabled.

Can anyone tell me how to fix that issue?
