Context Menu

The tutorials page Creating a Simple CKEditor Plugin, Part 2 shows usage of context menus. The screen shots have Cut, Copy (disabled, which is fine) and Paste option. But the editor that I run and trying out this tutorial doesn't have cut and copy options. This is the same with the demo page as well.

I think this is a bug.
