Connectors tested: works>File Browser gives internal server

I've had some troubles installing FCKeditor on my server. When trying to browse the server for images, I get this "internal server error 500" error.
But when I try the connectors for PHP, it all seems to work nicely. Uploading is possible and making folders too.
I tried searching for this over and over again on this forum, but I couldn't find it.
Permissions are set to 777 for the userfiles folder, and safe_mode is off.

How could it be that it won't display the server browsing page?
