Configure editor to not use Styles on images and fonts?

I'm using the editor to build email templates to send out to people.  However, when using the editor and I set an image width or height it does it using Style width : 100px instead of just <img width="100".  This is a problem as some email clients don't recognize the CSS styles.

Is ther a way to make the editor just use basic HTML sizing for fonts and images instead of styles?
