Codeblocks howto? avoid replacing none HTML signs to HTML si

hey everyone i have a question i hope somebody knows the answer to.

I open my editor i write in it:
<!--TEST-->

i look at HTML view instead of WYSYGIH editor and it says
>&lt;!--TEST--&gt;

Then i think great it didnt make my <!--TEST--> to direct HTML code,
I save, and look at my site, looks great , i go in again to edit my pices of text and vupti the editor transforms >&lt;!--TEST--&gt; to <!--TEST--> so now my text has changed to HTML.

How can i avoid this?
