I want to restrict users to enter only centain number of charactes in my FCKEditor i.e., I have to restrict user only to enter upto 200 characters is it possible?
I also want that when user clicks on tab the focus should go to the next specified control is it possible? If so how?

Thanks for your reply.
I have tried the sample code which you have given but its not working. Could you please tell me what exaclty i have to do and where i have to do in order that FCKEditor should accept text upto sepcified length.

I just pointed you to a plugin that should do that, but I had no experience with it. You should try to contact that plugin developer for more information.
