Ckeditor for visitors comments

I have installed ckeditor . Work for editing articles and comments when they are made by registered members.
But when comment its make by visitors, the comment are simple plain text. Visitors can format text but when publishing comment the comment is plain text .

Registeren member can format ,for member ckeeditor in comment form work.

Please help me.

It's not the editor issue, it's a permissions issue in your CMS. If you gave some more details on what you are using, maybe someone will be able to tell you how to change your settings.
