Char-encoding of title

I have a problem, when I insert links, and apply the title attribute: The special danish characters like , , , simply disappear from the text.
It works without any problems in the editor area, where they are converted to the proper html codings like ø - å - æ

i have tried to change the encoding of fck_link.html and fckdialog.html but that did'nt work.
