Changing Button Creation wizard way it works.

How do i change the way the button creation wizard module of fckeditor is developed
i am wanting to know if some how make it so it counts how many form fields there are above and then insert into a mysql table does anyone know how i can achieve that using fckeditor mainly the part making changes to the button creation wizard when u click on add a button of fckeditor?
