Change the code of pagebreak

Hi,
i would like to change the code who is generated whith the pagebreak button:
the code generated actually is :
<div style="page-break-after: always;"><span style="display: none;">&nbsp;</span></div>
and i want to replace it by
[pagebreak]

How could i do this?
