Change background color of style dropdown

I am using a dark colored body background and some of the text styles I'm using in the style dropdown are white. Therefore, they cannot be seen against the white background of the dropdown list since both are white. I've tried changing the style of .SC_Item in the fck_contextmenu.css stylesheet but it does not make any difference.

Does anyone know how to change the background color of the style dropdown so that white text is not invisible? Thanks.

The work-around I'm currently using is to redefine the .SC_Panel style in my custom stylesheet, giving it the required background colour. This works, but may have some undesirable side-effects I am not aware of.
