Change Skin PHP Configuration?

I have changed the fckeditor skin from time to time but when I installed the CKEditor I can't seem to find the right syntax. Can someone please post an PHP example? I would like to use office 2003.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

I realize this question has probably been asked a million times. I have looked everywhere I can think of. Can someone please, just point me the right direction? If I knew which document to read to find the answer I would gladly read it.
