Cannot open zip file...

I have downloaded 2.6.4 but keep getting the message "The WinZip Wizard cannot open this file..." I have now downloaded 5 times with the same result. Any thoughts? --- I ended up downloading manually and it worked.

the zip files are fine. Get a real program like the windows built-in zipper odr 7-Zip.
