Cannot get the php Upload function to work

I have uncommented all the php connectors in the fckeditor.js and commented the asp ones then i have set $Config['UserFilesPath'] to /files/

When i upload a image i says it is uploaded but i cannot see the file in the browser and it is not uploaded also.
When i upload a file manualy i can see the file in the browser.

Does anyone know what i am doing wrong?
