I am having trouble with Scayt. I cannot get it to work. The button drops a menu and I can choose 'Enable SCAYT'. I get no spell checking and in the drop menu the options are still greyed. I downloaded a new package via the ckeditor package builder. That says it has the Scayt included but it did exactly the same.
Is it broken?
It works all right for me on
It works all right for me on our demo page which is running the latest CKEditor version. Can you check the demo in your environment as well? Any details about your configuration and OS + browser?

Hi Anna
Hi Anna
Thankyou for taking the time to reply.
If I use http://ckeditor.com/demo then scayt works.
If I go to http://ckeditor.com/builder and click 'Download' at the bottom of the page, extract the bits and run 'ckeditor/samples/replacebyclass.html' then it doesn't work (both in Firefox).
Are you testing CKEditor
Are you testing CKEditor deployed to a local server (so you see http://localhost/ckeditor or something in the address bar) or are you just opening the replacebyclass.html file (and you see file:/// in the address bar)? This should work all right in the first case and not necessarily the other.

Yes I am just double clicking
Yes I am just double clicking the file. Why wouldn't that work - it is still loading the Javascript.
