Hi all!
First of all: FCKeditor is a great tool, and I liked it from the very first minute when I saw it.
But I have on problem. The editor does not display images from my local file system. If I enter an http-source for my files, all are displayed correctly. But if the source looks like that <img alt="" src="file:///home/caterham/15.jpg" /> the image is not displayed. Even the broken image icon isn't shown. It seems, that the tag is completly ignored. If I copy and paste the source code to an HTML file and open it with my browser the image is shown correctly.
For several reasons I don't want my users to upload the images first and then select them. This is done when submitting the form. The image source will then be changed to the correct uploaded path.
I hope someone has an idea what to do that this will work.
