Can custom plugins in V3 still use HTML?

It looks like the builtin plugins are using the Dialog api instead which is fine. But I need to be able to create a plugin of my own that is an html page because I need to place a Silverlight object inside it.

Is this still possible? I know it used to be in prior versions.

Will there be any documentation or simple example demonstrating this method of making a custom plugin for version 3.0?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, I think that there's some option to load an HTML page, but also you could extend the api to add your silverlight object.

Hopefully the documentation will expand as the release gets closer and some examples about how to use the api will be available on time.
