Can I integrate a Source Code Editor into FCKeditor?

I know I need a front-ended Source Code Viewer to format and syntax the code text.
And I'm wondering whether I can integrate a Code Editor into FCKeditor and then show it on my pages.

There is nothing ready to be used for this. You would have to work on the editor source code. This would be a huge task though.
