Cache problems

I try to work with the editor but i have problem with Cache... I change think in the fc_config.js (the link of the browser page to browser.asp) for exmpale, but when i reload the page with the editor (Ctrl + f5) he show me the default page (browse.html)..
Also when i edit the css file, i don't see changes in the editor...

I try to clean my files ("Delete files" option in Temporary files in IE) but still i see the old setting of the editor..

How can i fix this problem? i can't work with the editor like that....

I using the code in my local computer for testing.. not in the internet!

so i really don't know why it happen...

Make sure that:

a) you haven't got IE open with the editor running, else it won't be able to remove files that are in use when you flush cache. (I think)

b) Try going into Tools - Internet Options - Settings - View Files, then deleteing all content in there.

If that doesn't work - you've either got TWO working version of FCK somewhere, and your editing the wrong one OR your NOT running this locally.

If you are sitting behind a proxy server somewhere, this is probably delivering the old cached versions of your files. This can be a right pain in the a$$ - especially if you're at work and you cant do anything about it.
