Promise: i use ckeditor 3.6.1 on Oracle Application Express ( Oracle RAD web apps)

i have a page with Rich Test Editor field ( P1005_A_TEXT_COMM)
P1005_A_TEXT_COMM
Display as --> Rich Test Editor
Editor --> CkEditor 3
Toolbar --> Full
Skin --> Office 2003
I have other fields / buttons with dynamic action.
Every dynamic acttion operated with one click on the respective button should add the contents of a field to the sentence I'm typing. Instead, add content and wraps.
With field Display as --> Textarea all works fine
to illustrate the description I put an example on
