CKFinder 2.1 - Upload files not in english

Hello there,

I've downloaded CKFinder to my Comp. and while testing it, i've noticed that while uploadling hebrew letters, i get an XML error.

But, when i try to upload the same file on the DEMO version in CKFinder webpage, it works fine.

I'm using the ASP Classic version, does anyone have a clew what am i doing wrong?
