CKEditor3.5.2:Span style appears abnormal

When I select some text change the font style(font-size,font-family,color), and do some decoration(bold,italic,underline) and etc.
The Source code looks like follows:
<span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"><span style="font-size: 48px">I love my country.</span></span>
Why not to use
<span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;font-size: 48px">I love my country.</span>
instead?

I want to set the font color #ffa07a, but in pages the underline's color is the font color, and font color is default black. The strange thing is that in editor and preview page looks well.

<span style="color: #ffa07a"><u><em><strong><span style="font-size: 28px">I love my country.</span></strong></em></u></span>

In that case, I combine some style in the same tag and remove radius style definition. All of that is OK. Just make the color,font size and all of other styles applied in the same text or paragraph gather together.
