CKEditor not working

Hi

I can'T get CKeditor run on my website.

Well, sounds like a stupid question, but i got it running and well configured at my webspace (hosted by hosteurope).
After i finished the site i copied it to another server (hostes by 1&1)
At this server i can't get it running.

After trying a while i started from the beginning and downloaded a new package of ckeditor and uploaded it to the server.
But not even the samples are working

does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?
i thought java needn't to be supported by the server?
I'm using other java(script) tools and they are working.
