CKEditor on forum replies

I have loaded CKEditor in my Drupal 7 website and am impressed with it's function, but am having a difficult time enabling it for certain pages.
I can see it in any new content that I might create (Article, Basic Page and Forum), but can't get the toolbar to appear when I reply to a Forum post.

Is there anything special that I must do for this? I cannot find anything in permissions.

Just in case it's relevant, I'm using the Marinelli theme.
