CKEditor Not Displaying Properly

Hi Everyone,

I'm fairly new to html scripting and CKEditor.  I've been trying all day to figure this one problem out.  

I am successful in viewing the CKEditor in Chrome/Firefox, but for some reason in IE11, it is cut off.  I'm not exactly sure how to explain this, but I think it has something to do with my CSS.  I have tried looking through it, and tried many different approaches, but was still unsuccessful.

 

Do any of you have any ideas?
