I am a new user to CKEditor. I just installed it to my Drupal 6 site. There appear to be no errors. I activated the module and set permissions. However I can not expand any of the default or advanced options to even see what they are. I have tried a different browser, made sure Java scripting is enabled and tried a different theme (garland) to no avail. Please advise.

What about errors in Firebug ?
Which version number ?
Did you installed version downloaded from http://ckeditor.com/ckeditor-for-drupal or http://drupal.org/project/ckeditor ?
Re: CKEditor For Drupal not Working
Version is 6.x-1.10 Got this from http://ckeditor.com/ckeditor-for-drupal. My site is p28b.com. I am not sure about the firebug stuff.
Re: CKEditor For Drupal not Working
There can be a conflict between CKEditor module and other module.
Firebug is Firefox add-on which helps finding errors.

Re: CKEditor For Drupal not Working
in Firebug console you can check JavaScript errors and in Net tab you can check if all request are correct.
Sometimes when there is a conflict between CKEditor module and other drupal's module there are JavaScript errors, this is the reason why we always advice to check this in Firebug.
