[CKEditor 3.0] Use of Patch 2873

hello

I've followed instructions given here : http://dev.fckeditor.net/ticket/2873
I made all changes in the code, and I put the "images" folder on the right place.
I also tried to add the test plugin files.

But after doing all this, there is no change. How can I access to the plugin (and add a button in the toolbar) ? Do I have to do anything else ?
