Buttons not working

I'm using CKEditor to let users create/edit their own email templates. When switching from one template to another the CKEditor is there but none of the buttons do anything when clicked. There are no errors being logged to the console and I haven't been able to locate where an error is happening otherwise. If its any help the page switch is utilizing the child router built within Durandaljs.
