Buttons don't work

Hello,

I have installed the last version of CKEditor on a PHP page following the documentation examples.
The editor is displayed correctly, but all buttons that require an external window don't works (Links, Pictures, Flash, etc.).
I have the same problem with Firefox or Chrome and no plugin installed, so this is not a problem with a popup or flash blocker.

Do you have any idea ?
