Button state stop changing

When I add an anchor, the buttons in toolbar stop changing their state. Bold, Italic, Link, etc. Everything is freezed... Only when contextmenu is shown the right state is updated; however, it is still freezed. On the other hand when I click on link button and for example do nothing and close immediately the dialog everything is going well... No freezing!!! The same thing is with my own plugins. Do you have any idea??
