Button Link not working

Please help me with my strange problem,
when i click on button link nothing happen, i think ckeditor i trying to connect to http://www.dialog.. screenshot in the attachment.

Firebug says
[CKEDITOR.dialog.openDialog] Dialog "link" failed when loading definition.

So this was definetly my fault. In htaccess i am using rule link/ which leads to http:// .. when i have changed this rule dialog is back and alive ..
