Browse Server on Image Dialog Problem

Hi,I am working with Ckeditor image functionality. In the image dialog window .when i click on "Browse Server" a window with Images will be open. I got a small question here whether do i need to write any custom function in order to update the preview section and set url in URL input text box or does CKEditor plugin automatically take cares when i Click on image?If not please help me with piece of code that will do above thing
