Best way to handle embed tags...

We have many users that would like to use youtube embed tags within the pages, but the source code side of things simply scares the crud out of them... For the life of me I see no way to easily paste in literal HTML into fckeditor... I have been using the product for quite some time, and just wondering if I am seriously missing something.

If not, does someone have an easy way to add a button or something to add literal HTML to a page, without using the source side....
