Basic help needed.

I must say I have checked out help secton, but it appears my question is too basic.
I have downloaded FCKeditor to my computer to use offline. Can someone PLEASE tell me how do I start it up. ie where is the program itself?

In the FCKeditor files I downloaded is the file I am looking for in the samples or default folder? and can it be intregrated to work it IE or Firefox?
