BaseURL + BaseURL absolute address give error

Using ckFinder "version: 2.2.1, updated 04.04.2012" fore asp.net
file modified "config.ascx"

Getting error on setting BaseURL as absolute address. While relative address works fine.
Line 1 give me error, while line 2 works fine but images have relative address. While i am interested in absolute address.

1) BaseUrl = "http://localhost/CkEditor_Sample/Uploades/";
2) //BaseUrl = ResolveUrl("~/Uploades/");
