Autoselect image in ImageManager after upload

Sorry im riting the same post again, but i think i now wrote it on the right forum place :
Hi to all, i have this small isue, i need the image to be automaticaly selected when i upload it vieAutoselect image in ImageManager after upload it with the ImageManager.
I need this function because if there are to many articles in the same folder its to difficult to find the right one
