Automaticly add data-bypass attribute to links

Hi all,

Does anybody know how I can configure CkEditor so that every link created with the link dialog contains a 'data-bypass' attribute, like so:

<a data-bypass href='mailto:hello@hello.com'>Mail me!</a>
