Auto Link not working with IE 8

I am using CKeditor V4.3.4.2 . CKeditor has built in feature of converting line to links like if i type www.google.com , it will convert automatically to link. but in my case it is not working. do i need to explicitly set the any property value for this . My IE settings are enable for Auto complete as well.

Some browsers auto-link. Here

CKEditor shouldn't auto-link addresses, but browsers behave differently when it comes to auto-linking. Here's a ticket explaining the issue in more detail.

CKEDItor 4+ wrapping toolbar issue in IE 8 when window resized

hello,

I am working on CKeditor V4.3.4.2 on IE 8. when Window is full sized tollbar is showing properly. but when Minimised that it wont. Please find attchmnet for more details.
