Applieng 2 styles with one Selection

Hello Guys,

I just ran into a problem for one of my sites. Because of the nature of the design when a user inserts an H-level element the text inside has to be wrapped in spans.
So instead of a normal <h1>my header</h1> it must be <h1><span>my header</span></h1>.

Now if possible I want to do this automatcilly so if a user selects Header 1 the fck editor should generate the code above.
