Anybody knows about the link property link ?

While trying to add a link, the link property dialog box that pops up, shows 4 buttons at the top. Link information, destination, upload and advanced. I would like to stop the last two buttons to appear. Means, I would like that only the first two buttons, ie, Link information and destination should be seen, and hence clickable.

Does anyone know the solution ?
