Altering the link box

Hi,

When clicking on the link button on the toolbar I am presented with a rather comprehensive set of options; this is fine for me - but for my users I'd like things to be simpler, where do I find places to alter this particular table? Can I hide the advanced options and alter the wording on the other two tabs (it would be great to combine the both into one simple tab if possible?)
