Wherever your editor is instantiated, set its Height to a larger value (in pixels...)

JavaScript example:

var oFCKeditor = new FCKeditor('summary');
oFCKeditor.Height = 500;

Wherever you create the editor; this is a JavaScript snippet, so your procedures may vary greatly. What language are you using?
