Adding a Text-Box

Hi guys, I'd like to add a textbox (or maybe a Div Container, I'm not sure what's best.. ) to one of my Wordpress pages that has a 'fluid' width (e.g. 20%).

I know how to do this with my sidebar but I'm stuck when it comes to this.

Could anyone help.
