Add or remove the achor option from linkType dropdown

Can I add or remove the anchor option from linkType dropdown in Link Tool window using API and not through editing the _source link.js?

Hi I am having the same problem. Although there seems to various options but somehow not able to remove item from linkType dropdown. Have you found a way yet ??
