Ability to change config parameters when creating an instanc

I am calling FCKEditor from two separate parts of my application(asp) and want to have FCKConfig.ToolbarStartExpanded = false ; in one place and FCKConfig.ToolbarStartExpanded = true ; in another. While i have custom config set up i cant see how i can manipulate look and feel at the time an instance is set up ... hoping for something like the changes you can make to height and value parameters.

Is there a way of doing this ??
