ASPX Filebrowser - cant make it the default

Hello i hope someone in here can help me. I have been looking in the code for many many hours now and it wount work! I followed all guides regarding setup. I already had 2.4 installed and it worked perfectly. Since the default connector has been set to PHP the editor doesnt seem to respect that i want to use aspx instead. I changed the value in the config file from php to aspx, but it still tries to connect to the php one:

var _FileBrowserLanguage = 'aspx' ; // asp | aspx | cfm | lasso | perl | php | py
var _QuickUploadLanguage = 'aspx' ; // asp | aspx | cfm | lasso | php

No matter how many times i clear my cache or restart my browser the page still uses php. This is nagging me soo bad. Where is this default value located since it is obviously NOT in the config file. I did return true in the session check in the aspx connector so its not that either.

I really want the new ui with the floating boxex but unless i find a valid solution i will stick with 2.4
