A form with a text area is called from an ASP page and inserted into page via document.getElementById('scontent').innerHTML =aForm;
aForm is retirieved as text using a AJAX call.
Then I replace TEXTAREA with FCKEditor using javascript.
OK, it works fine, when form is called for the first time but nothing appears in the form is called second time. I have to refresh the page using f5.
I tried to create FCKEditor object before textarea replacement but nothing worked. There should be a way to destroy FCKEditor in javascript and recreate again.
Any idea?
Thanks for your help

RE: AJAX Form
RE: AJAX Form
I use AJAX Technologie but I have the same problem. The first time, its OK but I must refresh the page if I want that editor work.
I use PHP integration. After search, I've seen that its possible to resolve this problem if I add "__FCKeditorNS = null;" to "reset" editor.
But where write that please ?
Thanks for your help
RE: AJAX Form
I also have a similar problem, I just want to set the value of the FCKEditor window with AJAX, but can't get it to update...any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

RE: AJAX Form
__FCKeditorNS = null;
FCKeditorAPI = null;
I know, I know, it's a hack, but the FCKEditor developers still don't seem to have Ajax in mind...
