405 method not allowed

Hi all,

I am using FCK 2.1 bundled in PHPlist. When I tried to upload images I get the following error:

"Warning: The attachment repository doesn't seem writable"

I am using apache 1.3.28

Any ideas why this could be happening?

but

"405 method not allowed".
